About Mahdia
I grew up all around the globe; born in Iran, originally from Afghanistan Where I spent my teens, moved to Canada for a fresh start but then decided Mount Mary was the place for that. I want to move on to be a physician in the future along with my passion for writing that goes beyond just my minor. When I’m not studying, you’ll find me lost in a book, Rock-Climbing, or exploring new places—always chasing the next adventure. My favourite place in Milwaukee is the lakefront where I go for walks, to de-stress and gaze at nature’s beauty.
About Anna-Hope
I grew up in Hartland, WI and fell in love with literature when I was in elementary school. I have goals of becoming an author and currently work as a library aid, among other jobs where I’m working with my peers. I feel most authentic when I’m helping others and value love above all else. My favorite place in Milwaukee must be the Colectivo on North Ave. Besides their great drinks and treats, it’s my partner and I’s ‘spot’ - we go there for our anniversary and often have our date nights there. It’s really just a place of love for me.
About Galilea
I grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and am currently majoring in UX Design with a minor in Journalism. When I’m not designing or writing, I enjoy watching soccer, crocheting, watching TV, or working on bead projects—it’s how I unwind and get creative. My favorite place in Milwaukee is the Milwaukee Public Market; I love grabbing a bite, people-watching, and spending time with my family there!
